Order Confirmation
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped as per your chosen slot.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from hello@indianginger.com, once it is completed.
Delivery Concerns
If you face any problems with a delivery, please contact at hello@indianginger.com or 0333 242 3278. It is important for you to ensure self-availability to receive the order at the selected time of delivery or leave us delivery instructions during checkout.
Reasons for delivery failures:
- You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
- There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
- The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
- The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
- There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
- Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery
Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above mentioned cases.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Indianginger.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This does not apply to local city deliveries.
Damages
Indianginger.com takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at damages@indianginger.com.
Follow these steps to report the same:
- 1. Take pictures of the damaged items.
- 2. Send us an email to damages@indianginger.com, with your order no and pictures of the damaged items.
