Deggi mirch is a special variety of Red Chili powder made from colourful red capsicums and Kashmiri red chillies which brings mild heat and a deep red-orange colour. MDH Deggi Mirch is used for bringing natual deep colour in the curries preparation, for example Tandoori Chicken and Rogan Josh dishes.
